Products

We sell electronics learning products, breadboard project systems, parts, and accessories. Product photographs and descriptions are provided to help you choose the correct item. Small manufacturing or colour variations may occur.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the selected local currency where available. Import duty, import VAT, sales tax, and DDP allowances may be added for supported delivery countries. Payment is taken using hosted Stripe Checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored or processed by this website.

Orders

An order is created when checkout is started. The order is accepted only after the payment provider confirms that payment has completed. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, if address details need clarification, or if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on destination, product availability, and postal or courier service. Tracking details will be provided where available. International orders may be shipped using delivered-duties-paid services where configured, with landed-cost estimates shown before checkout.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

For UK distance sales, consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they want to cancel, then 14 days to return the goods. Contact support before posting a return so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address. Change-of-mind returns should be unused, complete, and safely packaged; the customer pays the return postage unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise. Custom or personalised goods may be excluded from cancellation rights where the law allows. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faults and warranty

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and photos where useful. ITITIT LTD provides a one-year voluntary warranty and will repair or replace a covered faulty item as appropriate. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, statutory consumer rights; a refund or other remedy will be provided where required by law.

Use of products

Our products are intended for electronics learning and prototyping. Users should follow safe working practices, use suitable power supplies, and supervise children or classroom use appropriately.

Privacy

We use customer details to process orders, take payment through hosted providers, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, and provide order support. Visitor and security records are retained for up to 90 days, abandoned or failed checkout records for up to 30 days, and completed order records for up to six years. We do not sell customer details. Payment card data is handled by Stripe Checkout and is not stored by this website.
